How do I start?

Sometimes it's difficult to know where to start.  You have a blank page in front of you and somehow you have to write something down -  and what will people find interesting anyway?  Most of us have been there... so here are some suggestions that might help:
What was it that made you/your group contact the Parliament/your MSP?

(this could include sending your comments on a consultation to Parliament or it could be going to your MSP's local surgery or inviting your MSP to meet with your group or participate in a local or national activity)

What did you want to happen?

What happened?

Did you get what you wanted?

If so, what do you think the reasons were?

If not, why do you think this was?

Did you think that your views were considered appropriately?

If so, what made you think that?

If not, why did you not feel your views received proper consideration?

What did you do next?

Would you do anything different in the future?

Why?

Any other comments?
